Bye, Bye, Goldie

It is with a tear in my eye that I have to report the demise of Goldie(Jnr), one of the goldfish in the outside pond.

We have'nt seen him for a few days now, so I got Carrot (the other fish) out and drained the pond. No sign of him. We can only presume a cat got him, although we did see an Heron land next to the pond last year.

He was'nt even a year old.

Carrots staying indoors with his mates, Goldie(Snr) and Ben for the time being.

Just in case.

And yes, I am barking!
